It is held in trust by Kempston Community Association and is run by volunteers and managed by four Trustees. It has a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and a Committee. It employs a part time secretary, three caretakers, a bar manager and bar staff as required. The people of Kempston are welcome to attend the yearly AGM and to join the Committee. The hall income is generated from the letting fees which together with the profits from the bar, is used to cover wages, repairs and all running costs. Each year the Addison normally breaks even, but with ever rising costs the Centre has to raise funds and bid for grants to update and improve the facilities of the hall.
